Top of the Pops was a TV programme no one wanted to miss. Another programme was Juke Box Jury.
So many up-and-coming pop stars.
We all listened to Radio Luxembourg and pirate radio stations like Radio Caroline.
There was music wherever we went.

Everyone had a TV, and we also watched cartoons, Lassie, Cowboys like Roy Rogers, and believed TV could do anything.
We also loved most of our politicians and film stars like Marilyn Monroe, Robert Mitchum, and Clark Gable.
