One Pill Makes You Larger, And One Pill Makes You Smaller

Are we going down a rabbit hole?

This is madness!

My goodness, they can get YouTube.

Is there really a pill for everything? I really doubt it! Yet some have such great faith in pills and potions.
And yet, I take supplements every day. I will rattle soon.
But avoid many prescription drugs.
I find doctors where I live are shocked when I list my supplements.

Invariably, I leave with a prescription I have no intention of even taking.
I believe in natural remedies and have done so since my early twenties, when I took homoeopathic medicine, as well as Bach’s flower remedies. Natural is preferable.

My watch is nine carrot. All organic.

I must hurry to the pharmacy, I’m late for my pills.

I was told to take one aspirin a day. I told my doctor that aspirin was made from willow bark. He had no idea.
I also like  Arnica, Witch Hazel and Aloe vera in stock. My doctor had never heard of them and looked on his computer…My God, he said, they are all plants.
Aloe vera grows wild here. I often cut the leaves and use the pulp. Equally the white may be scraped from a banana peel and used as a pain killer on the skin or for a poultice.

My back is painful these days, but I was shocked and disgusted to receive a prescription for epilepsy tablets to block a particular area of the brain for pain. The side effects appeared to be the worst nightmare: fits, forgetfulness, and possible black outs…no thanks!

I was not shocked that doctors receive a commission for the recommended drugs that they so readily prescribe.

Sharon Osborne took Ozempic

Terrible side effects.

Sometimes, in our bus station, I see young men on the Zombie drug; the side effects can be amputation of their limbs or a heart attack.

Drugs were around in the sixties, and LSD was the most dangerous, but many smoked cannabis. It’s now legal. A few shops have sprung up here.

Alcohol is also a drug for some.

We also have the dangers of additives to some foods and hidden ingredients.
Silicon to spreads, stabilisers, and gluten. Then there are plastic particles, and crop spraying.

Do you agree that we aren't aware of many side effects in prescription drugs or even warned?
Do you consider the dangers? Do you restrict your diet or eat what you want?

I now consider my diet with the freshest fruit and veg if available. But I live on an island, so we import a lot, and food is expensive.

Please enjoy music, memes, gifs, trailers, and chatting with friends.
