Draw The Line

This era is classified as the Latter Day of the Law.
There are similar prophecies in the Bible.

There are red moons and blue moons in the sky. There will be two suns.
We will not be able to tell truth from lies. The weather will be extreme and out of kilter.
There will be corruption, wars, famine, and disease. The rivers, land, and seas will be polluted, and food will not provide nutrition. (Major writings of Nichiren)12 C.
Already, we are seeing governments topple, ruthless dictators, and protestors being murdered.
We experienced lockdowns due to disease…Covid. There are wars and weapons of mass destruction.
Do we fully trust the use of technology? There are benefits, but do these outweigh the negatives?
The news here appears to be doom and gloom.

Recently, I was making a report when someone outside the police station in the town square was committing a robbery, brandishing a large knife. A guy came to the door, but his report was ignored. Our police are armed, but not one moved to apprehend
I risked my life leaving and spoke to the guy who had banged on the door, he tried to raise a report. He was shocked. 45 minutes later, the three police members came out to look for the robber who had, of course, disappeared, with not even a description.
One of our banks and some of its clients were hacked. We are warned…there are scam phone calls, so never answer your phone with a YES this may commit you to a payment of some sort.

Do you feel the police and courts are really doing a good job?
We are all from different places, so our views may differ.

We may even use humor to lighten matters, as below, but few are really confident about that.
